	Site Effectual is located in a countryside location in Pebmarsh, Essex. Our Document Storage facility is surrounded by a perimeter fence with a lockable gate. The building is fully alarmed with motion sensors within the offices and warehouse. There is CCTV both internally and externally which is monitered 24 hours a day. We have no public site access. We have Infra Red beam technology protecting the warehouse facility. Door entry from our offices to the warehouse is protected by a bionmetric fingerprint recognition door system. The warehouse is built in an area that is not susceptable to flooding. Internally, we have fire estinguishers and we are certified and checked annually for fire safety.
	We store high security documentation for a range of clients, so we understand the importance of the higher levels of service some clients require. We also have lockable areas within the facility for clients that require additional security for their files. Staff All our staff are CRB checked and carry identification at all times. They are fully trained to work within all areas of our facility. We do not use additional staff from agencies within our business or to make deliveries, ensuring full tracability of your documents at all times.
