We can promise new clients that their documents are in safe hands and available, as, and when you need them, 24 hours a day. Do we have to sign a contract for the duration of the storage term? We dont believe in holding you to ramsom, hence, we dont believe in you signing a contract that will tie you to us for months at a time, a year, or even longer. Our agreements are for 30 days. We want our clients to want to store their documents with us. We have never lost a client due to bad service and this is an achievment we are very proud of. We belive that once a client experiences the way we work, they wont want to change. Are there any hidden charges? No one likes a suprise on their invoice. We have no hidden charges, the price we quote is the price you pay. We will not charge you a handling fee for each box that you require, this is included in our rerieval cost. We quote you a price, per box, per month and a retrieval cost, ensuring that you know your monthly spend at all times. |

| Do
I have to use your boxes? No. You are free to use your own boxes. If your documents are already boxed, then we can collect the boxes as they are. Our boxes have been designed to protect your documents and tend to have a longer shelf life than most. We are happy to provide a sample if required. |

do I recall a box or document? You can request a recall of a box either by phone, email or online via our secure client log in area on our website. With our online facility, you can recall a box 24 hours a day. |

quickly can I retrieve a box? Our standard retrievals are delivered on a next day basis. We can however, deliver on the same day if required. Emergency retrievals are also available, within 3 hours of your call. We also offer a 'scan on demand service' where the docuemnt required is located and scanned, before being emailed directly to you. |

have boxes to collect. How soon can you react? We are able to collect within 24 hours. If you need anything quicker, please ask and we will do all we can to arrange. |

have different office locations. Are you able to deliver boxes back
to other locations? Yes, we can deliver your items to any UK destination. |
