| Collection Collections can be arranged within 24 hours. Effectual are happy to provide staff to work at your site, to pack and log our goods, before delivering them to our facility for the storage term. Boxes are given a unique reference number and barcode before being entered into our Prostore computer database, giving you peace of mind that your documents can be located efficiently, when required. |

| Retrieval
Once your boxes are in store at Effectual, retrievals can be arranged by email, phone or via our online facility. Each client is issued with a username and password, allowing 24 hour access to your stored boxes. Once you have selected the boxes to receive, they will be delivered to you the next day by one of our vehicles. Same day and emergency retrievals can also be requested. Your documents will reach you when you require them. Documents can be delivered, emailed or scanned, as and when you require. |

| Destruction When the storage term is complete, we can arrange secure destruction of your documents. |

boxes We offer a full range of archive boxes at trade prices. We are able to collect from any location in England and return the goods to our storage facility in Essex. References are available upon request |
